These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SpinSlots website and app provided via spinslotscompany.uk ("SpinSlots", "we", "us"). By using SpinSlots you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SpinSlots.

1. The service

SpinSlots is a personal productivity tool that helps you plan your day with time slots, a spin‑wheel task picker, and timers. It is provided for personal, non‑commercial use.

2. No account

SpinSlots does not require an account. Your content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups of your data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SpinSlots, including by attempting to disrupt or interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

SpinSlots, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use SpinSlots for its intended purpose. The content you create within the app remains yours.

5. "As is" — no warranties

SpinSlots is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that SpinSlots will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error‑free. You are responsible for your own decisions and schedule.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of SpinSlots. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue SpinSlots, and we may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer law grants you additional rights.
